They have a brownfield facility located north of Houston, seeking their first Operations Leader, who will be responsible for the CAPEX build-out, staffing, and leadership of the facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building a high-performing team with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and lean systems. This is build to order/build to forecast assembly environment.

Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
