- Own engineering changes (ECO), PPAP, APQP, and launch readiness
- Be the face to the customer—manage communication, expectations, and issues
- Ensure programs hit cycle time, labor, OEE, and cost targets at Run@Rate
- Bring order to complexity—internally and externally
(This role is accountable for both protecting the plant and delivering for the customer—no excuses, just results)
What You Bring
- Direct Ford customer experience (non-negotiable)
- Proven Program Management experience in a Tier 1 / Tier 2 automotive environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and product launches
- Engineering background strongly preferred

- Strong customer confidence—you’re the person they trust
- Internal teams aligned, informed, and executing
Why This Role
- High-impact position with direct visibility to leadership and the customer
- Opportunity to lead complex, meaningful automotive programs
- This is an environment where execution matters more than titles
- If you’re someone who takes ownership, solves problems
