This is NOT a maintenance role.

This is a build transform take over opportunity.

We’re looking for a hands-on manufacturing leader to step into a growing operation and help evolve it from custom / made-to-order → higher-volume production.

• You’ll drive process, flow, and accountability
• You’ll lead a 60-person operation with multiple supervisors
• You’ll help scale for national customers with 100s of locations
• And… you’ll be positioned as the successor to the Director
