KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support daily HR operations, including employee relations, coaching, and discipline
- Partner with supervisors on attendance management, performance, and policy enforcement
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and select salaried roles
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support benefits administration and open enrollment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Provide remote guidance and support to HR at the California facility, including training a site-based HR resource
- Assist with HR projects and process improvements across sites
- Support integration efforts in the event of future acquisitions
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–8 years of HR experience with a strong generalist background
- Experience supporting an hourly workforce; manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Comfortable handling employee relations matters with appropriate escalation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
