Roles And Responsibilities

(Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following):

• Partner directly with business owners across Operations, Finance, Technology, and other functional teams to identify automation and AI opportunities within day-to-day workflows
• Design, build, and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and increase speed (e.g., reporting, tracking, reconciliations, and operational processes)
• Develop dashboards, tools, and recurring reports that provide business owners with clear visibility into performance, trends, and risks
• Leverage AI tools to enhance data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and decision support
• Assist in piloting, testing, and scaling automation and AI tools in collaboration with Technology and Data teams
• Translate business problems into structured analytical and technical solutions that can be implemented and maintained
• Support continuous improvement by monitoring deployed solutions and iterating based on feedback and performance
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a similar field
• 0–1 year of professional experience
• Knowledge in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated interest in or experience using AI and automation tools to improve business processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high-quality work on time
• High comfort with ambiguity and complex, fast-moving environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and professional presence
• A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow within the organization
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or work experience in the financial services or fintech industry
• Coursework or certifications in financial analysis, data analytics, or business intelligence
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools, prompt engineering, or automation platforms
  
  
  

The expected salary range for this position is between:

$72,100.00 - $87,700.00

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
