Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Position Overview:
Movement Company is seeking enthusiastic and certified Personal Trainers to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in designing personalized fitness programs, conducting one-on-one training sessions, and inspiring clients to reach their fitness aspirations. With your expertise and dedication, you will empower individuals to adopt healthier lifestyles and achieve sustainable results.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensures excellent hospitality experience for members and guests.
· Maintains standards and policies set by the club, Movement Company, and client partners.
· Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions, focusing on client’s individual needs and goals.
· Design customized fitness programs tailored to clients’ fitness levels, preferences and objectives.
· Provide ongoing support, motivation and guidance to clients helping them stay committed to their fitness journey.
· Perform fitness assessments to evaluate clients’ current fitness levels and track progress over time.
· Instruct and educate clients on proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
· Utilize a variety of training modalities and equipment to create diverse and engaging workouts. Maintain accurate client records, including progress notes, session plans and assessments.

· Stay informed about the latest fitness trends, research and best practices to continuously enhance training methodologies.
· Participate in fitness center promotional events, workshops and challenges to attract and retain clients.
· Collaborate with other fitness staff to ensure a cohesive and positive member experience.
· Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing clients’ inquires, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
· Adhere to all company policies, procedures’ and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
· Strong team player.
· Nationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
· CPR and First Aid Certification.
· Proven experience in in conduction personal training sessions and working with diverse client populations.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
· Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
· Ability to adapt training strategies to accommodate various fitness levels and preferences.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
· Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred but not required).

- Member Engagement & Relationship Building: Actively connect with members on the fitness floor, initiate conversations, and build meaningful relationships that enhance the overall member experience. Create a welcoming, high-energy environment where members feel seen, supported, and motivated.
- Event Planning & Execution: Plan, promote, and lead engaging fitness events, workshops, and challenges that drive participation, build community, and increase visibility of personal training services. Bring creativity and enthusiasm to every event.
- Sales & Business Development: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the fundamentals of selling, including lead generation, relationship-based sales, and closing techniques. Proactively promote personal training services, convert prospects into clients, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Outreach & Community Presence: Enjoy being proactive in outreach—both within the fitness center and through events—helping to grow the training program by building trust and visibility with members.
