Role Description
The Collections Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage the collections team and its day-to-day activities, ensuring timely and accurate recovery of outstanding debts. This includes monitoring collection processes, setting team goals, analyzing financial data related to collections, and resolving any disputes or escalations. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to evaluate and improve the efficiency of collection strategies is also a core function of this role. The Collections Supervisor will maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Debt Collection strategies, techniques, and regulations
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends, optimizing processes, and improving collection rates
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively
- Customer Service experience with a focus on resolving disputes and maintaining positive relationships
- Knowledge of Financial operations, reporting, and debt recovery principles
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Filevine, CasePeer, or similar systems is a plus
- High level of integrity and adherence to confidentiality and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
