MoveAxis Services LLC is hiring Delivery Associates for local routes based in Northeast Portland.

At MoveAxis, Delivery Associates can expect clear expectations, direct communication, practical coaching, and dispatch support throughout the workday. We are looking for reliable people who work safely, use sound judgment, solve problems, and communicate early when route conditions change.

No previous delivery experience or commercial driver's license is required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $24.00 per hour starting pay
• Weekly pay

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect and safely operate an assigned delivery vehicle
• Load, organize, transport, and deliver packages accurately using company-provided technology
• Follow traffic laws, safety requirements, delivery instructions, and company policies
• Resolve routine address, access, and delivery-location issues using sound judgment and creative problem-solving
• Maintain a safe and appropriate delivery pace
• Communicate route progress, delays, delivery exceptions, safety concerns, and vehicle issues to dispatch
• Protect packages, customer property, and confidential information
• Support route adjustments and team delivery needs when assigned
• Promptly report accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, and other incidents

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable attendance and consistent follow-through
• Sound judgment and attention to safety and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing route conditions
• Clear communication with dispatch, supervisors, customers, and coworkers
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to use mobile navigation and delivery technology
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to repeatedly enter and exit a vehicle, walk, use stairs, and work outdoors in changing weather

SCHEDULE

• Full-time schedules commonly include four shifts per week
• Part-time schedules commonly include up to three shifts per week
• Shifts are generally scheduled for approximately 10 hours
• Weekend availability may be required
• Specific workdays, start times, routes, and weekly hours depend on operational needs
• Employees are paid for all hours worked, including overtime when required by law
