As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Move Up ABA Maryland, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, led by our expert Chief Clinical Officer, Monique Mc Govern (MS, BCBA®, LBA). Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services to children and adults with autism and related disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients with autism and related disorders
- Implement Behavior Analysis Interventions (BAI) under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
- Collaborate with BCBA's to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices in ABA
- Must be a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or have a strong background in ABA principles and techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in a related field a plus
- 0 years of experience or recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20 hours per week)
- Competitive hourly rate of $25 - $35
