- Conduct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions with children and adults with ASD, utilizing established treatment protocols and procedures
- Implement individualized treatment plans, adapting as needed to optimize client progress and outcomes
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress, treatment plans, and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to develop and refine treatment plans
- Provide support and guidance to family members, caregivers, and other stakeholders
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with ASD, ABA therapy, or a related field
- Certification: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Competitive hourly rate: $25 - $30
