Location: Baltimore, MD

Compensation: $85.00 - $100.00/hour (W2, part-time)

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (Paid after two assigned cases and 90 days of employment)

License Requirement: Must have active Maryland LBA

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Complete and maintain clinical documentation
• Analyze treatment data and adjust programs as needed
• Supervise and support RBTs
• Provide weekly parent training (in-person or via telehealth)
  
  
  

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license - Required
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a BCBA
• Strong skills in behavior reduction, skill acquisition, and clinical decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
