Position Summary
This role serves as a key partner to the sales and operations teams, ensuring all coordination, documentation, and communication are handled efficiently and accurately. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative and operational aspects of active sales projects
- Manage work orders, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
- Support projects involving commercial moves and office furniture installations
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain timelines
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across internal systems
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in sales support, or project coordination
- Experience in office furniture, commercial moving, or related industries strongly preferred
- Comfortable collaborating with driven team members in a deadline-focused environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities and deadlines
- Clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication style
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with CRM/PO systems
