Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team on a part-time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate values individualized patient care, thrives in a close-knit team environment, and wants to practice at the top of their license—without high-volume burnout.
You’ll work with a focused patient population, design customized treatment plans, and build meaningful relationships that support long-term outcomes and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer appropriately
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and lifestyle modifications
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered culture and uphold clinic excellence
Qualifications
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active Tennessee Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong manual therapy skills and evidence-based clinical approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
- Passion for high-quality, patient-centered care

- Part-Time: $45–55 /hour or up to $55 per patient
- Full-Time: $85,000–$108,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities
