We are the only end-to-end logistics and technical service provider purpose-built for Bitcoin ATM operators nationwide. From cash handling to field servicing and 24/7 remote support, we deliver integrated solutions that streamline operations and enhance security.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Executive & Back Office Assistant who is highly proactive, fast-moving, and versatile. This is not a traditional assistant role — it’s a dynamic position where you will support the entire company across operations, inventory, admin, and back office while acting as a key liaison between leadership, the team, and external partners. If you enjoy taking initiative, solving problems on the spot, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Company & Executive Support
- Be the right hand to the CEO and leadership team, anticipating needs and staying two steps ahead.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive meetings, projects, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Ensure CEO calendar is up to date
Operations, Inventory & Back Office
- Own and maintain company inventory, vehicles, and field equipment.
- Keep operational trackers, expenses, and administrative files organized and up to date.
- Provide agile back office support across finance, compliance, and vendor documentation.
- Jump in wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Vendor & Client Liaison
- Build strong relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Track service tickets, contracts, and follow-ups with speed and accuracy.
- Support CRM management and make sure client records are always updated.
HR & Administrative Support
- Assist in onboarding and supporting new hires, making the process seamless.
- Help maintain compliance with company policies and records.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
- 3 years of experience in operations, back office, or administrative coordination.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
