Essential Job Responsibilities
Will produce and maintain paperwork for moves.
Will schedule moves.
Ensure job details are accurately captured in company-used software platforms.
Performs office support activities for the branch.
Continuously promotes compliance with company policies and procedures.
Education/ Requirements:
· 1-2 years previous experience in an administrative role
· Successful experience as a coordinator with Knowledge of military household transportation a plus & highly desired.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Required:
· Advanced proficiency with entire Microsoft Suite.
· Must maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
· Sharp listening skills and critical thinker.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Excellent verbal and written communications.
· Strong organizational, attention to detail and accuracy skills.
· Ability to self-motivate and act with a sense of urgency.
