What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Producer position at Move Interactive USA?
Overview
We’re looking for an Associate Producer to support the execution of live and unreleased game titles built around world-class IPs, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and follow-through across creative and development teams.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Creative Director, senior producers, designers, developers, and artists to help translate creative decisions into clear tasks, documentation, and production plans that can be effectively implemented across both live-service products and unreleased titles currently in development. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects organized, tracking progress, setting deliverable goals, and ensuring alignment between teams—particularly within a cross-border (US to Korea) development environment supporting iconic IPs.
This is not a creative ownership role (although input is always welcomed), but it requires strong sensitivity to creative intent. It’s ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, communicates clearly, understands how games are made, and enjoys acting as the connective tissue between vision and execution in a fast-moving, live-service development context.

- Comfort using production and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar
