We are seeking an energetic and personable Full Time Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently using POS systems ensuring quick and correct processing of sales.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Manage food and beverage delivery in both fine dining settings and lively nightclub or banquet environments, ensuring timely service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures while maintaining accountability for all sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling practices and sanitation protocols.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts by prioritizing tasks such as serving tables, bartending duties, and cleaning responsibilities.
- Promote a positive atmosphere by working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in restaurant settings or fine dining establishments.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Previous experience working in nightclubs or banquet environments.
- Experience with brewing or beverage preparation enhances your ability to serve craft drinks confidently.
