Position Summary:
This position is responsible for packing up our large drop shipment orders on behalf of our customers to their clients, employees, etc. Each order will have anywhere from 10 to 1,000 individual shipments. You'll be working with one other team member to get these shipments packed up efficiently to meet ship date customer requirements. Additionally, you will assist the Packaging Team whenever they needs helping hands to complete orders and prep materials.
You are the last eyes on orders before they leave our facility to catch any issues that need to be addressed. This position reports to the shipping lead and Operations Manager.
We are looking for a hard-working, multi-tasking, detail oriented, and self-motivated individuals to join our team for the holiday season. No prior experience required, training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all opening and closing duties
- Assembling shipping boxes
- Confirming the order being packed up was filled correctly (product, customizations, gift notes, etc.)
- Packing individual shipments efficiently with the highest quality possible
- Apply shipping labels to boxes
- Keep drop shipment orders organized in designated areas
- Assist with loading the delivery van for Post Office drop off trips
- Back up help for our packaging department for portions of your shift as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and self motivated
- Ability to be flexible and work very well within a team environment
- Ability to follow instructions and follow protocols
- Punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 10 AM - 3 PM
- THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION
- Start Date: 10/26/26
- End Date: 12/18/26
- Employees will be working five days/week
