Customer Renewals Executives demonstrate skills and knowledge in the area of renewal strategy, deal architecture, customer negotiation and internal navigation of commercial and legal teams. You will be hired to help Client negotiate contracts and communicate internally regarding products which are going to be sunset or end of life.
As a Customer Renewals Executive, you are responsible for:
• delivering end-to-end renewal execution through partnership with Customer Engagement Executives and the extended account team.
• interfacing with customers on Client's behalf to negotiate commercial terms and drive incremental revenue.
• representing Client
You will be empowered to know all internal process-related phases of renewals. You will be continuously equipped for success as a subject matter expert in commercial and revenue management principles that are key to Client's growth.
Qualifications required:
- Technical skills: basic Microsoft office knowledge and web browsing
- Language skills: English mandatory, any other foreign language is nice to have
- Experience Required: no experience in a similar role required
- Personality Profile: good communication skill written and verbal, problem solving skills
- Education: university degree is nice to have but not obligatory
Pay rate: up to $32/hr. on W2.
