We are looking for proactive and client-focused people to join our future Padel Club in Malden, Massachusetts.
As our Front Desk Associate, you are the heartbeat of the club, the first smile members and guests see and the steady hand that keeps their experience seamless. We’re looking for someone who can deliver five-star hospitality while helping build a genuine, tight-knit community among our members.
Job description
- Manage client communications via WhatsApp, email and phone
- Respond to inquiries regarding lessons, programs, schedules, prices and availability
- Assist clients with bookings, confirmations, payments and rescheduling
- Provide clear and accurate information about the center’s services
- Suggest suitable alternatives when a requested service or time slot is unavailable
- Help convert client inquiries into bookings while maintaining excellent service
- Coordinate with the Office Manager, Head Coach, Tennis Director and on-site teams
- Support reception and pro shop operations when required
- Maintain organized communication records and ensure reliable follow-up
- Uphold club standards and etiquette with a friendly, member-first approach
- Assist with opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting
Profile
- Polished, professional presence with genuine warmth and interpersonal skill
- Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, private club, or high-end customer service preferred
- Comfortable with booking/scheduling software and point-of-sale systems (training provided)
- Strong multitasking ability in a dynamic, member-facing environment
- Passion for racquet sports and community-building is a strong plus
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to a flexible schedule
