JOB SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator is to ensure seamless execution of projects from start to finish while maintaining a proactive, customer-focused approach. This includes managing all phases of a project once secured by sales, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, overseeing materials and resources, and keeping clients informed. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with 100% client satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Monitor and answer email inquiries
- Serve as the primary point of contact for projects once secured by sales, managing all phases from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate project activities including account setup, portal setup, invoicing instructions, inventory management, and payments.
- Communicate between Manufacturing Departments, Accounts Receivable, Art Department, and Sales Team to resolve any issues related to customer satisfaction
- Work closely with suppliers to confirm lead times and product availability.
- Assist with additional projects as assigned, taking on leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers to ensure a positive client experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail and task-oriented and possess creative problem-solving skills
- Applicants must also have a good attitude, the flexibility to juggle multiple tasks, and comprehend at a rapid pace.
- A team player with strong computer skills
- Highly motivated, strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and is a self-starter
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, identify issues, and take initiative before problems arise
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
COMPENSATION: Salary pending based on experience

WORK HOURS: General office hours, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, plus occasional overtime.
