Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, patient-centered care aligned with clinical standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments per established guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year RN experience (Home Health, LTAC, SNF, Outpatient Rehab, or Corrections)
- Active RN license (any U.S. state or compact license)
- Must obtain Florida RN license within 60 days if relocating
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Gainesville, FL (no relocation support)
Certifications (Required)
- BLS (Healthcare Provider) – required before start
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) – within 30 days of start
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) – within 30 days of start
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $32–$43/hr (based on experience)
- Night Differential: $4.25/hr
- Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr
- Sign-On Bonus:
- Up to $10,000 (Day Shift)
- Up to $20,000 (Night Shift)
