What are the responsibilities and job description for the Materials Clerk position at Mountaire?
Materials Clerks perform receiving, issuing and counting activities at one area of Parts, Packaging, Supply and/or the Garage. Clerks enter transfers between warehouse locations into company program.
This position is a day shift position with hours from approx. 7:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday and every other weekend. Hours/scheduling can fluctuate and overtime is available.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receiving, unloading, issuing and transferring material, using a forklift and pallet jack.
- Performing inventory counts and audits to monitor accuracy of inventory and maintaining inventory
- Verifying completeness of incoming deliveries
- Performing daily trailer inventories (full and empty).
- Inventory and reporting.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Entry level position, however, warehouse or inventory experience is preferred.
- Pallet jack certification or experience.
- Ability to stand for shift and lift 25 pounds.
