Performs manifesting duties for Transportation Dept. Order supplies, sort mail, assist in preparing reports, including required State and Federal reporting, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and manifest as needed. 3rd Shift - Monday through Friday 9:30PM to 6:00AM
Duties/Activities Required by Job
- Manifesting loads - providing drivers with paperwork
- Preparing reports
- Other duties as needed
Educations/Experience Requirements
- High School Graduate
- 1-3 yrs Clerk or Admin Assistant Experience
- Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience Preferred
