Primary Purpose
Facilitates engineer, design and project management for assigned projects.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Works with internal customers and third parties (architects, engineers, construction) to facilitate engineering and design and develops clear project scopes. Provides mentorship to Project Engineer I.
- Develops a project scope with the Project team based on internal customer needs. Researches, evaluates, engineers and designs. Manages projects through completion.
- Manages and directs construction, renovation and/or project activities to achieve stated objective on time and on budget.
- Directs and enforces safety policies and standards for projects.
- Manages quality outcome of assigned projects - on time and on budget. Provides periodic reporting as directed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Agricultural).
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience.
- AutoCAD skills & collaborating skills.
- Strong teamwork skills & problem-solving skills.
- Project administration.
- Internal resource coordination.
- Experience with using Microsoft Project.
