Job Description
The Programmer/Analyst I will concentrate on a specific area of the business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing support to our business users pertaining to the software and applications that keep our plants running smoothly. You’ll work with leading systems like UKG Kronos Dimensions and IDWorks, and dive into custom coding within Oracle to deliver innovative solutions. Your day-to-day could include anything from analysis and research to design, coding, testing, and implementation—plus training and documentation to ensure success. (ONSITE)
You’ll also play a key role in configuring, upgrading, patching, and supporting third-party software, helping us stay ahead in a fast-paced environment.

Duties/Activities Required By Job
- As entry level, acquire functional business knowledge, with focus on one specific area. Will assist in research; creates/modifies custom programs or changes/configures package systems based on specs.
- Use basic technical tools & utilities. Programs or configures simple to moderately complex solutions
- Debugs with assistance
- Receives direction from supervisor, work together to develop task list. Continues to increase programming skills building competency and commitment
- Protect company assets (hardware and software)
- College Degree in a related field preferred
- 2-3 yrs. in a related field preferred
- Project Management Skills, Database Knowledge
