What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weighmaster position at Mountaire Farms and Careers?
The Weighmaster is responsible for accurately weighing all trucks entering and leaving the facility and completing all required reports with precision and timeliness. This role supports smooth production flow by maintaining clear communication with Drivers, Catchers, and Production teams while upholding all safety standards.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with occasional Saturday work as scheduled.
Duties/Activities Required by Job:
- Weigh trucks and maintain all reports with accuracy.
- Communicate and Coordinate between Catchers, Drivers, and Production.
- Adheres to all safety requirements including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions.
Educations/Experience Requirements:
- High School.
- 0-2 years.
- Weighmaster License.
