Available Locations: Millsboro and Selbyville, Delaware

Seeking ALL Level Industrial Refrigeration Technicians (Entry-Master)

Night Shift - 4 days/ 12 hours

Refrigeration mechanics have at least a RETA I Certification. Competent with routine/non-routine refrigeration preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation. They repair, troubleshoot, maintain, inspect, and adjust complex refrigeration processes in the plant to provide uninterrupted cooling requirements.

$5,000 Sign On Bonus*

Duties/Activities Required by Job:

Perform routine and non-routine preventative maintenance as scheduled.
Complete work orders as assigned.
Set up/tear down/adjust equipment.
Repair, troubleshoot, maintain, inspect, and adjust refrigeration processes
Adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE, preventing, and reporting unsafe acts and conditions. Lock out Tag out procedures and Process Safety Management related matters

Educations/Experience Requirements:

H/S, Technical, Vocational or advanced schooling, formal training and/or general-level maintenance with journeyman and/or certifications in one or more disciplines.
1-6 yrs. Industrial Manufacturing or Skilled Trades, previous work-related experience, may include a combination of on-the-job and informal training.
RETA I Certification will be enrolled in Level II class**, HazMat Trained.
Competent with basic theory, practical knowledge and skills to safely and successfully function as a mid-level mechanic.
