Job Description
Primary Purpose
Provides support to the Employee Relations Manager. Handles daily administration and Human Resources duties while serving as the face of the company in assisting our hourly and salaried employees, staffing agencies and potential candidates with daily needs. 2nd Shift (4PM to 12 : 30AM)
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides outstanding customer service / information to all internal and external customers.
- Data entry in various systems such as Oracle HCM, Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) and Oracle 12c.
