MountainView Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced practice manager to run our hospital. We have wonderful clients, and we provide excellent patient care. We believe in supporting our team members and we are looking for a strong manager to run our hospital. Our hospital follows the EOS system of management, and we have weekly departmental and leadership meetings. We also value credentialed management and understand the professionalism they bring.
Our full-time practice manager is eligible for the following benefits:
- $90K-$120K DOE

The practice manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice. Our ideal candidate will be a good communicator and be a good leader. They will be able to provide coaching and guidance to our team members. They will have the ability to make decisions, delegate responsibility and achieve results for the hospital.
Duties include, but are not limited to;
- Human Resources/Personnel Management
- Hiring and training new team members
- Creating team schedule
- Monitor and boost team morale through education, coaching, counseling
- Knowledge of Labor Law, DEA regulations, VMA regulations, Safety, & OSHA compliance
- Help increase practice revenue & business
- Ordering inventory
- Help with budgeting and financial evaluation
