Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
- College degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Solid understanding of Agriculture and its unique needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting.
- Excellent organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage client insurance policy renewals, endorsements, billing, and claims with accuracy and care.
- Provide responsive, high-quality customer service to existing and new clients.
- Identify risks and recommend practical, effective solutions.
Necessary Experience Minimum 3 years in a Customer Service position.
Additional Requirements Comfortable working independently and collaboratively; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
