Job Summary:

MountainView Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada is searching for an APP/Nurse Practitioner with Cardiology experience. The ideal candidate will provide care to patients in the clinic, hospital, or other medical environment following established clinical standards and practices. The APP will work autonomously as well as collaboratively with the entire clinic team to ensure the delivery of high quality and efficient health care. Experience out of training in a Cardiology setting is required.

Qualified Candidates:

• Nevada licensed or ability to be licensed
• Possession of an active National Certification from an accrediting board (IE: American Academy of Nurse Practitioners – AANP, American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification – ANCC, Pediatric Nurse Certification Board – PNCB, etc.)
• Experience in a Cardiology setting

• Extensive women’s and children’s services; including high-risk OB services and a Level-III NICU
• Rehabilitation Services including a 36-bed inpatient unit, soon to complete an expansion that will almost double its size, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab as well as outpatient services
• Oncology services including a full service unit, Sarah Cannon Day Hospital supporting a blood and cellular therapy program with certified oncology nursing staff, surgical services, imaging and outpatient infusion services
