Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and buffing floors to maintain their appearance.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and other items.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness in residential spaces through effective housekeeping management practices.
- Conduct janitorial tasks in commercial settings, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with carpet cleaning as needed to uphold the quality of flooring materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Familiarity with custodial duties in commercial or hotel environments is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
