What You’ll Do- Perform interior and exterior detailing services at client locations, following our proven processes and high standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure an outstanding experience.
- Keep your van, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in top condition.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment responsibly and safely.
- Manage your own schedule and complete assigned jobs with excellence and efficiency.
- Strong work ethic and pride in doing quality work.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working alone most of the day.
- Dependable and professional — someone who shows up on time and represents the brand well.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Experience in detailing is a plus, but not required. We’ll provide all the training and tools you need to succeed.
- Hourly pay during training period.
- Once trained and in your own van, pay transitions to a revenue share percentage, allowing you to earn based on performance.
