Location: Maple Valley, WA
Pay: From $19 - $23/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (Day Hours)

What You’ll Do:
- Command the Front Line: Use your years of experience to triage calls, manage the lobby flow, and set a calm, professional tone for every client visit.
- Optimize Clinic Operations: Expertly navigate our Practice Management Software (we use Pulse PIMS) to manage complex scheduling and medical records. While Pulse experience is a plus, we are happy to train a tech-savvy pro who has mastered other veterinary systems!.
- Be a Clinical Liaison: Empower pet parents by providing high-level education on wellness and dentistry, acting as a knowledgeable bridge between the client and the medical team.
- Drive Patient Advocacy: Partner closely with our doctors to ensure seamless care, utilizing your veterinary knowledge to anticipate client needs before they ask.
- Lobby Leadership: Maintain an organized, high-functioning environment where efficiency meets excellence—ensuring the "face of the practice" is as professional as the medicine we practice.
