HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
The Augur Bank Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving lead generation and pipeline growth for MountainSeed’s Augur business, focused on banks, based in our Atlanta, GA Corporate HQ office. The role engages directly with C-suite and senior decision-makers at financial institutions to introduce Augur’s AI-Assisted Review technology. The SDR will use a combination of research, outreach, and collaboration with other business development team members and leaders to accomplish broader goals.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL GET TO:
- Conduct targeted outbound calls and specific email outreach to banking executives to introduce Augur and schedule client meetings for Account Executives
- Clearly articulate Augur’s value proposition to set meetings
- Use Salesforce CRM and Outreach software to track activity, manage, and organize sales leads
- Demonstrate persistence and adaptability to overcome objections and convert prospects into qualified opportunities
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine messaging and campaigns based on performance insights
THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – with confidence speaking to C-suite executives
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Outreach, and Microsoft Outlook
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Ability to learn and explain technology solutions clearly and persuasively
- Prior experience engaging with financial institutions or selling into the banking sector is highly desirable
