HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
MountainSeed, a leading financial services company specializing in commercial real estate, is seeking a skilled and motivated Sale Leaseback Acquirer to join our team. Working with the Sale Leaseback Acquisitions team at MountainSeed, this individual will play a critical role in identifying and sourcing bank branch acquisition opportunities through inside sales lead generation efforts.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL GET TO:
- Market Research and Prospecting: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential bank branches available for sale leaseback transactions. Utilize various sources and networks to identify opportunities and stay updated on market trends and investment opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Contact decision makers at key accounts and foster strong relationships to ensure that MountainSeed is well positioned to win business.
- Make outbound calls to targeted/prospective customers to introduce Sale Leaseback services, explain features, and schedule meetings for the Director of Sale Leaseback Acquisitions and Chief Revenue Officer.
- Understand bank and credit unions’ objectives, financial needs, and real estate strategies to articulate a value proposition and prospect to win meetings.
- Use Salesforce CRM and Outreach software to manage, source, and organize sales leads
- Convince prospects to change their minds or actions
- Work with sales and marketing leaders to develop and refine outbound and inbound strategies
- Customize email outreach to obtain meetings and ensure deal success
- Participate in introductory calls with prospects to foster interest, determine potential needs and use cases, and achieve buy in to share building information for pricing.
- Follow up with positive prospects to ensure that building data is shared and the deal progresses.
THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Added benefit if in finance, real estate, or a related field.
- 2 -3 years experience with Banking and/or Real Estate required
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate finance, underwriting, and valuation methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent information gathering and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Outreach and Salesforce CRM preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly gain knowledge of specified products and services to be sold
- An entrepreneurial mentality that enables the incumbent to recognize and capitalize on new business opportunities
