HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
The Augur Bank Sales Account Executive is responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth for MountainSeed’s Augur AI review tool within financial institutions. This role owns the full sales cycle, with a focus on engaging C-suite and senior decision makers at financial institutions. This individual is an experienced consultative seller who can clearly communicate Augur’s value, manage the pipeline, conduct demonstrations to executives or other senior leadership, navigate vendor management, and consistently advance opportunities through a disciplined sales process.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL GET TO:
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals for Augur bank sales
- Use Salesforce to manage pipeline activity, maintain accurate deal tracking, and capture all relevant stakeholder information
- Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and internal subject matter experts to advance qualified opportunities
- Present and communicate a complex AI review software solution clearly and ensure alignment to the prospect’s business priorities
- Qualify opportunities, manage objections, set expectations, negotiate terms, and forecast accurately to leadership
- Maintain strong relationships with key prospect stakeholders throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of renewals, upsells, and churn reasons
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in revenue, operations, product and technology as needed to support the sales process
- Assist in coordinating and supporting onboarding and training of new clients in Augur platform
- Ensure proper utilization and realization of Augur occurs within each client
THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 2 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in financial services, SaaS, or enterprise technology
- Demonstrated ability to sell to executive decision makers and influence C-suite stakeholders
- Proven experience managing a disciplined sales process and driving opportunities through close
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Banking industry experience preferred
- Customer first mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
