Are you ready to combine your love for craft beer with exceptional guest service? Mountains Walking Brewery, located in the picturesque Bozeman, Montana, is seeking a vibrant and motivated Expo/Host to join our team! You will also be trained to host so that you can pick up host shifts when available.
Compensation: $14/hour gratuity tip out shift drink ( 21) & shift meal (for shifts of 4 hours or more)

Work Schedule:
- Availability required Friday through Monday and on holidays (excluding Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day).
- YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY & MUST BE HERE OVER THE HOLIDAYS.
- Commit to a minimum of 4 shifts per week. Weekday shifts are usually 5.5 hours, weekends can range fro 4.5-9.5 hours in length based on preference.
- We are looking for someone who would like to work with us long term and grow with our company. Someone who understands that holidays are our busiest time and takes time off during our slower season as appose to holiday weekends.

- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is advantageous.

- Someone who is proactive with side work over socializing during slow times.
- Previous hosting or serving experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Take phone orders and phone reservations.
- Great, seat, get water for guests.
- Take to-go orders, wait drink orders.
- Maintain a valid MT alcohol server certification.
- Assist in expediting food orders to ensure timely delivery to tables as well as for online delivery orders.
- Support closing procedures in both FOH & BOH.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Utilize strong communication skills to liaise between guests and kitchen staff.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when handling reservations and inquiries.
