- Lead, coach, and develop the loan operations team to achieve departmental goals and service standards.
- Oversee loan documentation, boarding, servicing, and payoff processes for accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with lending officers and other departments to resolve complex loan servicing issues.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in loan operations.
- Prepare and analyze reports on loan operations performance, trends and compliance metrics.
