We are seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position at our Flower Mound, TX office. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks involve identifying prospective customers, presenting tailored logistics solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery is also an integral part of the role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
