About the Role:
The Yard Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the daily operations within a logistics or industrial yard environment. This position ensures efficient movement, storage, and organization of materials and equipment to support overall operational goals. Maintain accurate records and monitoring yard activities, the coordinator helps to minimize delays and maximize productivity. Ultimately, this role contributes to a safe, organized, and efficient yard that supports the broader supply chain and operational objectives
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of customer service is always provided
- Prepare the truck for operation by assisting in and overseeing the loading of trucks, securing items, and verifying the accuracy of shipping papers
- Unload products from trucks in a neat and orderly manner with forklift
- Transfer materials from storage or work sites to the designated area by hand or using a hand truck, electric dolly, or forklift
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence, such as size, type, or product code using a radio frequency gun (RF gun)
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or transfer orders to packing station or shipping department
- Perform other various duties, as outlined by supervisor

Qualifications and Physical Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Willingness to participate in pre-employment and random drug screenings
- 6 months related experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to safely drive a forklift
- Ability to work in excessively hot and cold conditions due to outside environment of the warehouse
- OSHA regulated Steel Toe Shoes: Either an ASTM F243 M/I/50/C/50 or ANSI Z41 PT M/I/50/50. Or an ASTM F2413 F/I/50/C/50 or ANSI Z41 PT F/I/50/C/50
Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary : $18 - $24
