What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales position at Mountainland Supply?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure a high level of customer service is always providedBuild and maintain connections with potential customers or leads to cultivate new business and develop relationshipsGenerate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing productsInitiate sales calls to existing customers to assess the need for replenishing inventoriesProvide ongoing customer and technical service on existing accountsMay work on the counter or showroom to assist walk-in customers with their needs; as neededMay work in the warehouse as needed to pull products, fill orders, count inventory, receive, and stock inventoryMay assist Outside Sales Representatives by researching products and meeting customer’s needsMay schedule customer appointments for consultation on jobs and assist customers by providing quotes for their projectsPerform other various duties, as outlined by supervisorExude, understand, and demonstrate actions according to the Company’s core values.
