What You’ll Do- Lead and hold accountable the sales team
- Desk deals and maximize profitability
- Drive performance in sales and F&I
- Monitor daily metrics and adjust as needed
- Recruit, train, and develop talent
- Manage inventory, pricing, and culture
- Proven automotive Sales Manager experience
- Strong desking and closing ability
- Competitive, high-energy leader
- Strong communication and accountability skills
- Track record of driving performance
- Previous dealership experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
