Job Summary
We are a growing family medical practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Our clinic specializes in medical weight management using GLP-1 therapies and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder, including Suboxone therapy. We pride ourselves on delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive and professional environment. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in weight management, hormone/metabolic health, and addiction medicine. This role involves managing patients on GLP-1 medications and providing MAT services, including Suboxone treatment, in a primary care setting.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
- Prescribe and manage GLP-1 medications for weight loss and metabolic conditions
- Provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including prescribing and monitoring Suboxone
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
- Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle changes, and medication adherence
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to MAT and controlled substances
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
