Cleaning Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in a medical clinic setting. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.

Location: Grantsville, MD

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7pm-11pm, Friday 5pm-9pm. (20hrs total per wk.)

Holidays off.

Starting Pay: $16.00/hr. After 90 day probationary period pay rate will increase to $17.00/hr.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and restrooms using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soaps, and other consumables as needed.
• Dispose of waste materials properly and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 25 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
