We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various facilities. Location: Oakland, MD
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 5:00pm-1:00am.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and restrooms using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soaps, and other consumables as needed.
- Dispose of waste materials properly and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 25 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
