SUMMARY
Responsible for basic prep work behind the bar.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for stocking bars with liquor, beer, fruit, mixes, straws, napkins, ice, cleaning products and all other products required in the day to day operation of the bar.
- Will assist bartenders during their breaks.
- Keep records of all inventory transfers.
- All other duties as assigned.
REPORTING LINE
You will report directly to the Manager of F&B Operations then to the Director of F&B.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance at all times.
Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, bar equipment, POS, cash register.
The ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
- You will need the ability to read, write and understand simple instruction.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- You will need to be available to work all shifts.
- The ability to work in a fast –paced environment and stressful situations.
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You also must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain a WV Racing License.
EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
You will need to be able to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time. The ability to push, pull, kneel, twist, carry and lift up to 30 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Will be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment and seasonal elements.
