Server. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting, seating and serving customers during high demand hours and work well supporting other staff members. The Mountainaire Tavern is a family-owned business of 46 years with a valued reputation among locals, patrons from surrounding areas and travelers from both Interstate 17 and Interstate 40. Tips are very substantial bringing the hourly wage rate up to well over the minimum wage in Flagstaff. The candidate must be 19 years or older as serving alcoholic beverages is part of the job responsibilities.
