Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order within our treatment facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and experience in cleaning and custodial services. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for our youth residents while supporting the overall operations of our center.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, common spaces, and administrative offices to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Maintain high standards of floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed.
- Follow established cleaning protocols in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Restock supplies such as cleaning products, paper products, and soaps to ensure availability at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for resolution.
- Support the overall cleanliness of the facility by adhering to janitorial standards specific to healthcare and residential settings.
Friday-Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or healthcare environments.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques suitable for various surfaces including carpets, tiles, and hardwood floors.
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous for understanding guest-focused cleanliness standards.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and sanitation procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage daily tasks effectively.
